Klipin AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the Klipin AI website and platform (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Klipin AI is an experimental hackathon project. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name and email address if you create an account.
Uploaded content — photos you upload to generate avatars, product names, descriptions, and image URLs you submit to generate videos.
Social platform data — when you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube, we receive an access token and public profile information (username, display name, profile picture, user ID) that you authorize us to access. We only request the minimum scopes needed to publish content you explicitly ask us to publish.
Generated content — avatar images, voice audio previews, scripts, and final videos produced by the Service on your behalf.
Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for debugging and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

To create avatars, voices, and videos that you request.
To publish videos to social platforms you have connected and authorized.
To display your generated content back to you inside the Service.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train machine learning models.

3. Third-party services

Klipin AI calls the following third-party APIs to provide its features. When you use Klipin AI, relevant data is shared with these providers under their own terms and privacy policies:

HeyGen — avatar creation, voice design, video generation. HeyGen Privacy Policy
Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) — content publishing via the Graph API. Meta Privacy Policy
TikTok — profile lookup and content handoff. TikTok Privacy Policy
OpenCode Zen / MiniMax — script generation. OpenCode Zen Privacy Policy
Cloudflare — media storage (R2) and site hosting (Pages).

4. Data retention

Generated content and account data are retained while your account is active. Access tokens from connected social platforms are retained until they expire or you revoke access. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion.

5. Your rights

Request a copy of your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Revoke any connected social platform at any time from that platform's settings (Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings → Security and login → Manage apps).

6. Children

Klipin AI is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
