Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Klipin AI data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it. This also satisfies the Data Deletion Request callback requirement for Meta, TikTok, and similar developer platforms.

1. What gets deleted

Your account record (if you created one).
Photos you uploaded for avatar creation.
Avatars, voices, scripts, and videos generated on your behalf.
Access tokens and profile information we stored from connected social platforms.
Publish history records linking videos to social posts.

We retain minimal operational logs (e.g., aggregated server access logs) for a limited time where required for security and abuse prevention. These do not contain generated content or social platform tokens.

2. How to request deletion

Email adamraziv@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include in the body:

The email address or username you used with Klipin AI.
The social platform account(s) you connected (if any), e.g. Instagram @yourhandle.
Any specific videos or avatars you want removed (optional — default is everything).

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

3. Revoking connected social platforms directly

You can also revoke Klipin AI's access from the platform itself at any time. This immediately invalidates the access token we hold:

Instagram — Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Remove Klipin AI.
Facebook — Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Remove Klipin AI.
TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → Remove Klipin AI.
YouTube / Google — myaccount.google.com/permissions → Remove Klipin AI.

Revoking at the platform stops future access but does not by itself delete any data we already stored. To delete that data, email us as above.

4. Meta data deletion callback

For Meta Platforms: this page serves as the Data Deletion Request URL for the Klipin AI app. Users who sign in with Instagram or Facebook can request deletion by emailing adamraziv@gmail.com. Each request is assigned a confirmation code that can be referenced in follow-up communication.
